Twelve science students from Westhampton Beach High School attended Molloy College’s Women in Science Symposium on May 22. During the event, the students heard from renowned scientists, including keynote speaker Dr. Sylvia Earle, who discussed their lives and research. “The symposium sparked a great deal of discussion and ideas among the students. It was a great opportunity,” said science teacher Dianna Gobler.
