A packed stadium cheered and danced as the Westhampton Beach School District culminated a week of homecoming spirit activities with a celebratory football game on Oct. 25. 

Dressed in green and white, the crowd threw support to the Hurricanes as they took on the Eastport-South Manor Sharks, winning the game with a final score of 21-7. Cheerleaders put on an outstanding performance at halftime and then cheered alongside their younger counterparts from the elementary school cheer program. 

Leading up to the game, students took part in themed days and a high school battle of the classes that raised money for the high school student government’s Adopt-A-Family program.
