Kindergarten registration for the Westhampton Beach School District’s 2020-21 school year is almost here. The district will be registering students who will be 5 years old by Dec. 1, 2020. 

To register, parents or guardians must bring a photo ID, child’s proof of birth (e.g., original birth certificate, passport or baptismal certificate), immunization record, copy of a current physical examination, and custody and/or guardianship documents. Additionally, proof of residency is required. Residency proof includes one of the following: a deed; mortgage statement; current tax bill; current utility bill; notarized original lease or, if sharing a residence, notarized registration affidavit (form provided by the school district); or a copy of the homeowner’s deed or tax bill. 

Registration packets will be available online starting March 2 at www.westhamptonbeach.k12.ny.us. 

Registration dates are as follows: Wednesday, March 11, from 9-11 a.m., 1:30-2:30 p.m. and 6:30-7:30 p.m.; and Thursday, March 12, from 9-11 a.m. and 1:30-2:30 p.m., at Westhampton Beach Elementary School, 379 Mill Road, Westhampton Beach.
