Here are some exercises to help you practice identifying the names of notes.  Try naming the notes that are most common for your instrument.  When you've mastered the sheet for your instrument, try giving another instrument challenge a shot.  Next give yourself a real challenge and try a clef you don't normally read.  Once you've mastered them all you should have no trouble playing the notes on your band music!
