  • Arranging Folders

    Arranging Your Folders in "Documents"


       First you have to go into your documents.

       Then go in to a folder like below.

       Then right click and click arrange by - (Shown below)

          Then you can click what ever option your want, name, date modified, date created, size, kind, or label.    

    What you might also want to know…….

      After you do the step of right clicking you can make a new folder, new burn folder, get info, clean up (don't have folders everywhere), Show view options, and more.

      Also instead of right clicking you can click the gear.

  • Font Book

     Hey Guys! We found a great new application hidden in the depths of the Mac! It’s called Font Book! You know when you go to font in Pages and you want to find your favorite fonts faster? This program lets you do just that! It lets you make lists of your favorite fonts and it only takes a few simple steps! First you have to click on the plus button in the bottom left corner and it creates a new list.

    Then you type in the name you want for your list.

    Go into All Fonts and choose a font you like then drag it in to your list or any other list you want to add your font to.

    Finally, click on your list and the font will be there! You can put as many fonts as you want in the lists and make as many lists as you want! If you want to delete something, list or font, you can click on it select delete and click Remove. Well, that’s font book for you!     1.  Go into your documents

    4.  Then go to the bottom  of the thing that just popped up and click on the white square but, for me pink

    Have you ever been writing an essay and you are not sure if you like it or not? Well, we’re to help! First, highlight your whole text. In a pages document, you go to your toolbar, and you see the word Pages. Click that. After it will bring you a list. Click Services, and it will bring you to a list of services. Find Speech and then click start speaking. This speaking application can now start speaking whatever you have on you pages document. Isn’t that cool? Now, you can hear your whole essay to make sure that it’s just right!

    Hey!  Do you think that there should be another shortcut on the list or that we should have something about another application? Then post it here - we would love to take suggestions to make our site even better.  Make sure you put it on this blog though because if it is on any other blogs we might miss it and then the suggestion will never make it up.
