Global History and Geography is a two year course beginning with the Paleolithic Age and ending with current world history. The first year we study Ancient Civilizations of the world to the Age of Absolutism. The second year includes the Age of Enlightenment to today's events in the world. At the end of year two, students will be required to pass a New York State Global History and Geography regents exam.

Bring your laptop to class each day
Notebook, folder or looseleaf binder for handouts
Grading
Tests counts twice
Quiz counts once
Homework is graded weekly and counts once
Participation counts once
Projects grading depends on level of difficulty

No cell phones or other electronic devices in class!
If you are absent, you are responsible for the missed work. All homework will be accepted for the week on Friday without penalty. No late assignments accepted after Friday unless absent due to illness.
